| A: | Costs vary depending on how much needs to be stored and how often you would like access to it. More information is available on the pricelists. |
| Q: | "How much will it cost to access my storage?" |
| A: | For Simply Store customers, there is no charge to access your possessions if you come to Maidman's behind Castlepoint, Bournemouth but it costs £35 including VAT if you want us to deliver your container back to you. For Containerised Storage, the handling charge is £30 + VAT per container. For archive storage there is no charge to access your files if you come to Maidman's. We can also access and deliver your archive files to you. Prices for this delivery service vary depending upon what is needed but the cost is typically £20 + VAT. |
| Q: | "How often could I access my stored possessions and files? How much notice would I have to give?" |
| A: | You may access your storage containers as often as you like within reason. Ideally, we prefer you to give us 24 hours' notice. If you need frequent access then we will try to store your containers on the ground floor to make it easier for you. |
