BSI quality standards - Maidman's is first in the UK

Maidman's removals is the first company in the UK to gain all three BSI quality standards relevant to the removals industry.
Managing director Brian Maidman received his latest awards for the standards governing both storage and commercial moves at the British Association of Removers (BAR) annual conference.

New all-weather flooring for hire

Maidman’s Marquees has invested in new fast-lay flooring to supply with its hired marquees or as a quick flooring solution you can lay yourself for outdoor events.
The all-weather system can be used for applications such as pathways, patios, dance floor and marquee floor - and will take vehicles up to seven tonnes.

James Bros relocates

Historic Poole company James Bros has relocated its offices from Hamworthy to Fleets Lane, Poole.
The structural engineers, which had been based in Hamworthy since 1935, designs, fabricates and erects structural steelwork and cladding for commercial, industrial, leisure and residential buildings.
The move follows a management buy-out in 2006 and a relocation of its manufacturing facility to Holton Heath last year. It needed a more amenable site away from the Poole lifting bridge.
